What are the reasons and motivations you hold for having your business? What were your specific intentions when you first began your business? What got you to select the precise Wealth System you started with, also have you kept on using it or have you altered to another or even various others over time? Are the motivations you work with now in your business the same ones you had when you first began? Much can occur within a short period of time as you are aware, also a lot can alter the manner in which we work in our lives. We all have various factors affecting us as I am certain you do and you adapt where and when you need to, though surprisingly few ever truly realign themselves following changes they make.
Taking time to realign yourself when you make alterations in your life and your business is important, it gives opportunity to redefine the things which are core to your inspiration. Thus the things you do and also the ease which you do those things with. When you secure time to go in depth into your values you can then gain better understanding as to how effectively your values align to your goals and the things you do to achieve them. They generate upfront motivation for what it is we do, the things we choose to do and the result we are able to attain when doing each of these things. They normally are described by a single work, and define a non-physical thing which as examples could be freedom, communication, love or travel. Money can also be set as a value though because much as we carry around a physical representation of it, it is just a concept that although in some ways is tangible can never be physically held. To correctly elicit your values for each area in question ask yourself what is important to you about that area such that it works well for you, then write down all the words that come to you. It is possible that following the first few you may run out of words, however if you persist through the silence another set of words will come to you. Then ideally you should get them in order of importance, working through them and deciding which is the single most important without which it would fail to work and so on. Once the list is complete it should cause you to smile upon reading it, plus feel to what depth it resonates with what you are doing in that area. So now you can align with what you are doing more effectively with your values working more efficiently and generating greater results. There are several levels beyond this, although these require you either get a good NLP trained Business Coach or train in NLP yourself in order to do them. When you do work through the additional levels of depth you clear up the motivation to make it totally positive, whilst also removing any blockages that prevent you from fully attaining the potential of each value.
