Almost everyone in business is in it to Create Wealth, though some are in it short of any aim other than doing just something, though that is hardly reason for having a business. Businesses get established so as to generate Profit and Create Wealth, along this most people work to a Wealth System which I expect you do too. The things people usually forget as they continue working on their business are the reasons they created the business in the first place, the goals they wished to fulfil through having the freedom to work in the way they viewed as most promising for success. So what has brought you to the position you are in now? What was the motivation and the reasons for going along the business route you have chosen? What kind of Wealth System did you chose and with what level of effect is that Wealth System working?
As you keep working on creating an established business recall that the real joy of owning your own business comes largely from the achievements you get from it and also the things you do whilst you work upon your business. By ‘working on’ you set your focus to develop and lead your business to the point you desire it to be, however ‘working in’ your business means you spend more time in day to day and admin tasks that others should be doing so that you can do what you need to. So while you think through whether you have been ‘working in’ or ‘working on’ your business, as well as the level of success your Wealth System has been getting plus your motivations for initially setting up the business, evaluate to what level your potential has been getting fulfilled. What are the various points and places you could potentially alter and hone so you could yield up a better performance than you have? Once the list of things you could improve has been formulated you have the ability to start doing something about them, your first action should be to find; appropriate books for the information you need, resources online, workshops, courses, and a good Business Coach. Once you finish formulating your list of available options evaluate each with respect to the impact and effect on you and your business, the speed it can yield its effect, plus the amount of time required to be assigned to it plus how enjoyable it would be. The latter bit may indeed seem strange though through all my experience within Sydney Business Coaching and the UK too, as well as from various other roles I have performed, always I have found people get their best results while they are enjoying themselves. Because of this I recommend for people to do what they can where they can to enjoy their work, plus it is the reason for ensuring as best as possible that as a Business Coach the sessions my clients have are enjoyable wherever possible, yes things do become serious at certain times, although the great growth and movement is achievable when you enjoy yourself.
